Bayonetta 2 is due to be re-released on the Wii U but this time as a standalone physical game and not part of the bundle that originally retailed which included a copy of the first Bayonetta, a game that was originally on the Xbox 360 and PS3.
The bundle is now a difficult find on the high street, with a lot of online retailers selling for a lot more than the RRP. The game can also be purchased on the eShop as a standalone download.
Bayonetta is also due to be made a playable character in Super Smash Bros. in the near future.
The standalone physical game is due for release in February, currently only an American date has been announced which is February 19th so expect it to launch around the same time in Europe.
You check out Bayonetta in the new Super Smash Bros trailer below, which is probably the most family friendly trailer available.
