EA have today announced a sequel to their well received original pressing of the UFC Franchise after buying the rights from THQ on 2014.
EA Sports UFC 2 will be hitting stores in the USA on March 15th of this year and worldwide on March 17th and with advances made in new character visuals and animations, as well as the addition of more female fighters and the ability to create a female fighter, the sequel might just be justified as well, even without counting the new game modes, such as KO Mode and UFC Ultimate Team.
The Creative Director Brian Hayes has said that they are trying to offer as much as possible and let players decide what kind of game they want to play.
Whether fans want to play upcoming cards, recreate the outcome of recent fights, or go back to fight with MMA legends, we’ll help them do that in the most authentic and exciting way ever in an MMA simulation

From his comments there we can see that there will be pre-order bonuses including three fighters added on to an already large roster, before you even think about creating your own UFC Legend.
Amazon currently lists UFC 2 title at £49.99, though doesn’t yet hold a Deluxe edition price. It’s looking to retail at around $60 in the USA and add on an extra $10 if you want the Deluxe edition which will include “up to $60 of UFC Ultimate Team™ Premium Packs”.
